Selective advisory and transformation engagements for PE funds, corporates, and technology businesses — delivered independently and alongside established boutique deals advisory and strategy firms in the UK and Europe. Recent work spans AI-powered sales architecture design for fintech, enterprise data and reporting transformation for a national-scale telecoms infrastructure provider, divisional carve-out advisory for a UK-listed PLC, and payments and collections ecosystem transformation using AI for an Indian IT company.

Led commercial strategy and revenue operations for a Series A defence-tech company serving governments across the UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Canada, the United States, and the European Commission. Built a $54M qualified pipeline, closed the company’s largest-ever contract at $12.3M, and drove 40% revenue growth by integrating AI and machine learning into new solution lines. Forged strategic partnerships with Accenture Federal, Viasat, Planet Labs, and AWS Government & Defence.

At Hala Systems, I drove 40% revenue growth by integrating AI (voice analysis, radio signal pattern recognition) and Blockchain into new commercial offerings for national security clients. I’ve designed GenAI-powered CRM architectures, AI-driven collections optimisation models (projecting 40% recovery improvement), and dynamic pricing engines for consumer and B2B businesses.
I hold AI Strategy & Governance and AI for Non-Data Scientists credentials from the Wharton School, and I apply AI tools across every Aethon engagement — from accelerating diligence and analysis to building client-facing AI-enabled solutions.
