Commercial & Technology Due Diligence

We go beyond the data room. Our diligence process stress-tests the target’s market position, revenue quality, competitive dynamics, customer concentration, pricing sustainability, and technology architecture. We assess what’s real, what’s at risk, and what the acquirer needs to believe for the deal to work.

Our integration work has included establishing dedicated integration management offices, restructuring 600+ roles across geographies, and running bi-weekly steering committees with C-suite and PE stakeholders. On one engagement, we grew the synergy target from $15M to $43M — and delivered it.

Carving out a division or business unit requires precision across strategy, operations, tax, IP, and people.
