COMPANY

We fix the problems that cost small businesses money.

What Aethon Is

Aethon fixes the problems that cost UK small and medium businesses sales, money or time. The owner picks one. We build the fix, put it in and make sure it works, in a number of days agreed at the start. Most businesses share the same problems, so every fix goes into a library and the next one is built faster.

Who Runs It

I’m Apurva. I founded Aethon in June 2025, after 15 years of working out why businesses lose money and fixing it. Some of these businesses were my own, and some were very large corporations. I started in my family’s business, selling industrial chemicals and equipment, and later ran a skilling company of my own. Then came close to a decade of strategy and transformation work at Capitel, Deloitte and EY, and two and a half years running revenue and strategy at Hala Systems, a European defence-tech company.

One engagement at Deloitte set the pattern for Aethon. I helped redesign how one of Asia’s leading quad-play telecom operators chased what it was owed, and the time it took to get paid fell by 40% in one quarter. Aethon does that kind of work for owners, one problem at a time. And there is more experience across operations and transformation that I draw on.

What We Stand By

  1. Every figure has a source.

If we can’t source a number, we don’t show it.

  2. We say what we don’t know.

If a fix won’t pay for itself, we’ll tell you before you spend anything.

  3. A person approves what matters.

Nothing goes to your customers or spends your money without your say-so.

  4. Your data stays yours.

AI runs with zero data retention, in the UK and EU. Nothing is shared or sold.

  5. The result is agreed before we start.

What should change, and how we’ll both measure it.

Experts We Work With

We work with a small group of sales and technology experts in India and Malaysia, people we have worked alongside for years. They don’t see your business data. If a fix ever needs one of them to, we will tell you first and ask.

Pick One Problem

Tell us which one. We’ll tell you whether we can fix it and how long it takes.
