Website terms
Aethon Ventures Limited · Version 1.0 · 9 October 2026
These terms cover your use of aethonventures.co.uk. They don’t cover work we do for clients; a signed agreement covers that. By using the site you accept these terms.
Aethon is the trading name of Aethon Ventures Limited, company number 16546017, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Contact: itdepends@aethonventures.co.uk.
1. What This Site Is
This site describes the problems we fix and how we work. Nothing on it is an offer that can be accepted. A job exists only when both sides have signed an agreement, which sets out the fix, the number of days, the price and what we’ll measure.
2. Examples and Estimates
Working examples. The before-and-after examples on this site are illustrations. They show how a fix works, not any real business’s figures or customers.
“Your own number”. The estimates you can work out on some pages use the figures you type in, and in some cases a published average shown with its source. They’re a starting point for a conversation, not advice and not a forecast for your business. Don’t rely on them for any decision. Before any job starts, we count your real numbers with you.
Figures we quote. Every figure about UK businesses on this site names its source. We don’t publish client results that didn’t happen. Sources can be updated or corrected after we quote them; tell us if you spot one that’s out of date.
3. Booking a Call and Getting in Touch
Booking a call or sending the form is free and commits neither of us to anything. If we don’t think we can fix your problem, we’ll say so.
4. Our Content
The text, design and examples on this site belong to Aethon Ventures Limited. You may quote short passages with credit and a link. You may not copy pages or the design, or present our work as your own.
The site links to services run by others, such as HubSpot’s booking page and LinkedIn. Their terms apply to those services, and we’re not responsible for their content or availability.
5. Advice
We don’t give legal, regulatory, tax or financial advice. Where a page mentions a legal duty (consumer rights, late-payment interest, an industry regulator), it is to show where a fix touches it. You or your adviser decide what applies to your business.
6. Liability
The site is provided as it is, without any promise that it is complete, current or always available, to the extent the law allows.
We’re not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from relying on anything on it, or from the site being unavailable, to the extent the law allows. Where liability can’t be excluded, it is limited to £100.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited under English law. Nothing here changes a signed client agreement.
7. Privacy
Our privacy notice at /legal/privacy explains what personal data we collect and why.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. The version and date at the top show which version you’re reading.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
