- Write down how the job gets done.
- Where the sentence finishes, it runs on its own.
- Where it stops at ‘it depends’, that’s where AI helps.
HOW WE WORK
One problem. Days agreed up front. Your own numbers.
How A Job Runs
You pick the problem.
One at a time. If it’s not on our list, we’ll say whether we can fix it.
We agree what should change.
Fifteen years of finding where businesses lose money, plus AI that reads through your records in hours. You get the diagnosis and the plan in days, not weeks or months. Then we agree what should be different and how we’ll both know, measured from your own records.
We fix it in the days we agreed.
We build it, put it in and make sure it works. The clock stops on the day the fix is working in your business.
Where AI Goes
We write down how the job gets done, step by step. Wherever we can finish the sentence, the step runs as plain automation. Where we get stuck at ‘it depends’, a model reads the message, sorts the request or drafts the reply. Some fixes use AI and some don’t. That test decides.
What A Person Always Decides
Anything that goes to a customer for the first time, spends money or settles a dispute is approved by you or your team. Low-confidence cases come to a person. Safety issues always go to a person straight away.
Your Data
Your data is not kept, and it is not used to train AI. Every AI model we use runs on Amazon Bedrock in the EU with zero data retention: your information is used to do the job, and nothing is written to storage afterwards. The companies that make the models never see it. We pay for business-grade AI to get this protection, and we never put your data into free or consumer AI services. Data we process with AI stays in the UK and EU.
After The Fix
Very little to learn. The fix runs on the email, phone, diary and accounts you already use, and fits the way your day already runs. Changes afterwards are free or priced in simple tiers, and any running cost goes down over time. Every fix we build goes into our library, so the next one is quicker.
Pick One Problem
Tell us which one. We’ll tell you whether we can fix it and how long it takes.
